Access Control systems can offer a high level of monitored access via door entry systems and/or video security systems. Access Control systems are commonly used for multi-habited dwellings, staff and premises security or for logging staff in and out of buildings.
DOOR ENTRY SYSTEMS
Key Pad systems Provides access to a property or premises via a pre-programmed numerical code linked to a key pad. Authorised visitors are required to enter the code into the key pad. If the code is correct the door will release the entry catch. If the code is incorrect, access will be denied. Key pad systems can also be linked to swipe card and audio systems for added security. Swipe Card/Key fob systems This type of systems consists of a door entry box which is activated by a swipe card containing a coded magnetic strip. It is possible to control access by time of day, designated areas, type of personnel etc through a process of pre-programming. For example, a business may not want staff to access the premises at all at weekends so swipe cards can be denied at these times. Swipe cards are often doubled up as Identity Badges and these systems can also be used in conjunction with key pad control boxes and audio systems for added security. Access can also be obtained via a convenient remote key fob.

GARAGE DOOR SYSTEMS

Garage Door Systems For basic security we provide T bars or deadlocks which are manually operated by a key. Alternatively we can fit a Garage door restrictor which provides an effective method of blocking an up and over door from forced lifting. The restrictor is located at the base of the door on the outside and secured by a padlock, or an integral bullet lock. For extra convenience and security our range of electronic door openers are very popular. You can open your garage door remotely via a key switch fixed to the internal wall or by remote control / key fob.

AUDIO SYSTEMS

Audio door entry systems provide a lower access of access control and are activated through a door bell and intercom which buzzes up to a receptionist or office etc to alert that a visitor wishes to enter. The door catch can then be released internally.

VIDEO SECURITY

Video security systems are basically audio door entry systems with a monitor linked up, enabling you to both see and hear the visitor on arrival. Monitors can also be linked to key pad and card swipe systems.
